Coordinate day-to-day operations for esports players and help the department work efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate athlete operations, including player management, partner activations, merchandise, bootcamps, budgets, media, and travel.
- Work with coaches on events, travel, bootcamps, and budgets; improve processes and operational productivity.
- Maintain relationships with players and colleagues, coordinate with other team managers, and communicate player wellbeing observations to senior management.
- Promote team values, help players address challenges, and improve player experience.
- Research tournament destinations and prepare briefings; track player inventory and team deadlines such as roster locks, tournament invitations, and ticket requests.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in an operations environment, such as project management, analysis, or operations coordination.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured way.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve operational issues independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with gaming and esports culture is a plus.
