Wildwood, now part of the Bow Street Group, is all about Italian-inspired food, great cocktails and welcoming spaces where people love to come together. We're on a mission to make Wildwood better than ever, investing in our restaurants, our people and every guest experience. Our approach is simple: relaxed, full table service delivered with confidence, personality and genuine hospitality. No scripts. No robotic service. Just real people creating memorable experiences, one guest at a time.

With 28 restaurants and big expansion plans for 2026, there’s serious room to grow with us!

The vibe Every restaurant has its own style, but the energy is always the same: Casual excellence. Think full table service, delivered with confidence, personality, and a bit of flair. No scripts. No robots. Just real people delivering great hospitality.

Everyone’s welcome We’re building a team that reflects the world around us. All backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives are encouraged - it’s what makes us stronger.

Our culture Our culture is shaped by three core values: Creativity - always looking for better ways to do things; Ownership - taking responsibility and making things happen; and Collaboration - working together to achieve shared success. If these values resonate with you we'd love to hear from you.
