Team Leader Workplace Technology

The Team Leader, Workplace Technology provides operational and technical leadership across the Workplace Technology section of the Information Services Division.

The role leads technical staff to deliver reliable, customer-focused end-user technology services across the department, applying ITIL best-practice methodology to support consistent service delivery, effective lifecycle management, and continuous improvement.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications Highly desirable Demonstrated Technical End User Support experience.

Formal qualification in IT Service Delivery - ITIL V4 Foundation, degree in Information Technology is desirable.

Use of ServiceNow Management Tool.

The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
