We’re looking for a
Secondary Market Team Leader
to build, lead, and grow a high-performing team focused on resale and leasing transactions.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of property consultants, driving sales performance, ensuring compliance with RERA regulations, and delivering exceptional client experience across the secondary market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of secondary market property consultants
- Set and track individual and team sales targets
- Drive resale and leasing transactions (residential & commercial)
- Support negotiations, deal closures, and client relationship management
- Ensure accurate listings and high-quality property marketing
- Build strong relationships with owners, buyers, and investors
- Conduct team meetings, training, and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market insights
Requirements
- Minimum
- 2 years’ experience
- in the UAE secondary real estate market
- **Proven ability to establish and grow a secondary market team from scratch**
- Experience as a
Team Leader / Senior Broker
- Strong background in recruiting, training, and mentoring agents
- Solid knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and RERA regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven sales performance and target achievement
- Proficient in CRM systems and portals (Bayut, Property Finder, etc.)
- Valid UAE driving license
