We are hiring a **Team Leader – Secondary Market (Commercial)** to build, lead, and scale a high-performing team within our secondary sales division.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can drive results while actively contributing to sales.
The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of Property Consultants, ensuring consistent performance, and contributing to the growth of the secondary market division.
This is a leadership role suited for someone who leads from the front—balancing sales performance with team development.
• Team Building & Growth
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of Property Consultants
- Build a strong, motivated, and target-driven sales team
- Ensure consistent pipeline generation and team productivity
- Support expansion of the secondary market team as the business grows
• Leadership & People Management
- Manage and mentor a team of 5–10 Property Consultants
- Set clear KPIs, targets, and performance expectations
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance management
- Foster a competitive and high-performance team culture
- Sales Execution
- Actively contribute to sales and lead from the front
- Support team members in closing deals and handling negotiations
- Drive inventory acquisition and maintain strong market presence
- Assist in pricing strategies and client advisory
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure CRM usage, lead tracking, and pipeline visibility across the team
- Maintain compliance with RERA regulations and company standards
- Follow and enforce internal SOPs for transactions and client handling
- Coordinate with Marketing and Admin teams for listings and campaigns
Requirements
- 3–6 years of Dubai real estate experience (secondary market preferred)
- Proven track record in sales and team handling
- Experience managing or mentoring property consultants
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven with a strong ownership and target-oriented mindset
- Good understanding of Dubai real estate regulations and processes
