Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Team Leader to lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate agents.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, achieving company targets, mentoring team members, and ensuring exceptional client service.

The Team Leader will play a key role in business development, team growth, and market expansion.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and supervise a team of real estate agents.
  • Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Foster a positive, high-performance team culture.

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase property sales and listings.
  • Support agents in closing high-value transactions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and clients.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.

Client Relationship Management

  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout the buying, selling, and leasing process.
  • Resolve client concerns and escalations professionally.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Operations & Compliance

  • Monitor adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
  • Review contracts, agreements, and transaction documentation for accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and ethical standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting of sales activities.

Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and property values.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and business updates for management.
  • Recommend improvements to sales processes and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.

  • Team sales revenue and commission generation.
  • Number of property listings acquired.

Compensation

  • Base Salary + Team Performance Incentives + Commission Structure
  • Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
