Role Description
The Team Leader will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and maintaining a vibrant, safe, and fun environment.
Responsibilities
include managing a team of staff, providing leadership and guidance, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and supporting the execution of activities and events.
The Team Leader will also assist with scheduling, solving operational challenges, and working closely with the management team to uphold BOUNCE’s values.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh.
Qualifications
- Leadership, team management, and staff motivation skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and operational management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in event management or activity coordination preferred
- A commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Prior experience in entertainment or leisure industries is a plus
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
