Job Summary
The Team Leader oversees daily retail banking operations and leads a team to achieve sales, service quality, and customer relationship objectives.
The role involves coaching team members, driving business growth, and ensuring adherence to bank policies and UAE banking regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of retail banking professionals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets for banking products such as:
