We are seeking an experienced and proactive Team Leader to oversee Telecom Service Delivery Projects and lead field operations teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project execution, team coordination, service delivery activities, installations, SLA compliance, and operational performance while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with Telecom standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Telecom service delivery teams, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Manage Telecom project activities from initiation through completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Coordinate installation schedules, equipment deliveries, deployment activities, and site readiness.
- Monitor SLA commitments and ensure all service requirements are executed within agreed timelines.
- Allocate daily tasks, monitor workforce productivity, and provide operational guidance to field teams.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, technicians, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with Telecom operational procedures, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
- Prepare project schedules, progress reports, resource plans, and execution strategies.
- Track materials, logistics, equipment utilization, and inventory movements.
- Manage work permits, site access approvals, authority requirements, and project documentation.
- Support troubleshooting, maintenance coordination, fault resolution, and service restoration activities.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, installation reports, team performance, and client communications.
- Identify project risks, operational issues, and resource constraints, and implement corrective actions.
- Mentor and train team members to improve technical and operational performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar Project
- Proven experience leading field teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, planning, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Telecom infrastructure, installations, service delivery operations, and SLA management.
- Ability to manage project schedules, manpower allocation, and operational priorities.
- Familiarity with Telecom project environments and client coordination processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, reporting, and project documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- UAE Driving License is preferred.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
