Team Leader

THE ROLEThe Team Leader, Reception Services is responsible for management of the Reception Services team, providing guidance and support to ensure Reception Services delivers quality customer service both face-to-face and via telephone in a fast-paced working environment. Utilising good communication and interpersonal skills, the Reception Services team fulfil a crucial role in assisting clients, the general public and other service providers with the purpose of their contact and providing accurate, up to date information or a referral to the right person/agency. Reception Services also undertake general administrative tasks to support the Area.This position collaborates extensively across the Area and Division, driving improvement to client service by reviewing and establishing client-focussed protocols, systems and training.ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDELead a small team in providing or contributing to authoritative and expert advice and recommendations consistent with organisational goals and values.Manage and monitor the overall delivery of the frontline client contact protocols and processes in Reception Services.Manage the allocation of resources within and the outputs required of the work area to achieve service delivery goals and expectations.Please open the position description to read more.HOW TO APPLYApplicants are encouraged to apply online.
