Fluency in English and Hindi or regional language, with excellent communication skills.
Minimum 3 years of experience, including 1 year in a BFSI process Call Centre.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with knowledge of bank products and competitors.
Versant test score of 4 or above, and a typing test with a speed of 25-30 WPM and 85% accuracy.
For Email, Webchat, and Social Media Team Leaders: Written Versant score of 60+ and English speaking Versant score of 5 or above.
