In your position as a Team Leader – Finance, you will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

The Team Leader – Finance is also responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the accounting functions within the Finance Department.

What we are looking for:

Relevant degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce or Hospitality/Tourism management

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and the ability to connect and care for our guests

Previous Finance experience in luxury hotel brands demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environments

Desire to constantly learn and ambition to grow

Ability to work under pressure and great eye for detail

Proficient in Microsoft applications
