Role overview

Responsibilities

• Supervise picking and goods-in/goods-out operations, minimizing handling and stock damage while meeting daily targets.
• Manage material handling equipment and maintain operational accuracy.
• Work with customer service representatives, operations, and internal stakeholders to resolve customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, 5S housekeeping principles, and organizational policies.

Candidate requirements

• Bring 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics operations experience; team-leading or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Have strong knowledge of receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, inventory control, and warehouse management systems.
• Demonstrate problem-solving, stakeholder management, performance management, and data analysis under pressure.
• Hold a diploma or equivalent; Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, or Operations Management is preferred.
