Action Zone is seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage the day-to-day operations of its arcade in Al Ain.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the arcade team and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor arcade machines, perform basic troubleshooting, and coordinate maintenance when required.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, leave, and daily task allocation.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor revenue, redemption transactions, inventory, and operational records.
- Train and guide team members on games, redemption procedures, and service standards.
- Manage birthday parties, reservations, and event requirements.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in arcade, entertainment, leisure, retail, hospitality, or similar operations.
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is required.
- Strong communication, customer service, and operational management skills are required.
- Good problem-solving and team coordination abilities are required.
- Basic knowledge of arcade machines and troubleshooting is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required.
- UAE experience is advantageous.
Compensation
- The role is full-time and pays AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month.
Work Location
- The role is performed in person in Al Ain.
