Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Sales Coordinator** to join our corporate services team.
The ideal candidate will support the sales department in generating leads, coordinating client communications, preparing proposals, and ensuring smooth sales operations across Free Zone, Mainland, banking, and corporate services solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team in day-to-day coordination of client inquiries and follow-ups
- Handle incoming leads from calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online platforms
- Prepare proposals, and service presentations for clients
- Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate client information
- Coordinate with PRO, licensing, banking, and operations teams for client onboarding
- Follow up with clients for document collection, approvals, and payments
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets and conversion goals
- Schedule meetings and manage communication between clients and sales executives
- Prepare sales reports and track lead status regularly
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely response to client queries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service (preferably in corporate services, Free Zone, or PRO services)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of UAE Free Zone / Mainland business setup is an advantage
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Languages-English,Hindi
