Duties

  • As a Team Leader, your key responsibilities will be:
  • · Overseeing the team and ensuring adherence with daily targets
  • · Ensuring the sites are always maintained and presented at a high standard
  • · Leading by example and providing a safe working environment
  • · General garden and lawn maintenance including hedging, weeding and pruning
  • · Liaising and planning details of machinery, equipment, and resources to carry out various works
  • · Maintaining professional relationships with clients and the public
  • · Completing daily and weekly paperwork and reporting

About You

· Certificate III Horticulture or Parks and Gardens

· First Aid

· Current Drivers Licence

· OHS Construction Card (White Card) or willing to obtain.

· Minimum 3 years’ experience overseeing a team in a similar industry
