  • Flexible, resilient, and comfortable working in areas that are constantly changing.
  • Ability to successfully communicate, interact and cooperate with diverse groups inside and outside the department, handle multiple assignments and prioritize accordingly.
  • Specialized Knowledge:
  • Familiar with production procedures, cycle counts and wall- to-wall Inventory knowledge.
  • Has thorough knowledge of procedures, work methods, and set-ups within the department.
  • Knowledge of ERP system desired.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
  • Must be comfortable with varying noise levels, which can occasionally be loud
  • Pay Range: $22.60 - $33.15

Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent. Qualification up to degree standard preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, regulated industry experience preferred.
  • Prior ERP or warehouse management system experience (Oracle preferred).
  • Knowledge of ERP system desired.
