Job Description
- Green Modular Trading LLC is seeking an experienced, results-driven, and highly motivated professional for the position of Team Lead – Sales.
- The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, extensive sales experience, and the ability to manage and motivate a high-performing sales team focused on the US market.
- Position is connected to the PaaS and GaaS platform as a portfolio company.
- This role is ideal for a confident communicator with a proven track record in sales, client relationship management, and team leadership within international business environments.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales performance, developing client acquisition strategies, and supporting the growth of the company’s investment services.
- What you’ll do:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with qualified private and institutional clients;
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies targeting the US market;
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to sales representatives;
- Present the company’s products and services professionally and confidently;
- Provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information regarding available business and digitalization opportunities;
- Handle escalated client inquiries and ensure high-quality customer service standards are maintained;
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions within the company CRM system;
- Collaborate with management to improve sales processes, client engagement, and operational efficiency;
- Analyze sales metrics, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for business growth;
- Continuously improve knowledge of company services, products, market trends, and internal procedures.
- What we’re looking for:
- Fluent in spoken and written English with a clear, neutral or native-level accent.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, client relations, or investment services;
- Previous experience in a leadership or team management role is highly preferred;
- Experience working with US clients or within the US market is considered a strong advantage;
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities;
- Professional, confident, and client-oriented approach;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented personality;
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities;
- Experience using CRM systems and sales performance tracking tools;
- High level of professionalism, adaptability, and business ethics.
Working Hours
- This position follows US market working hours and requires flexibility to work according to US business time zones.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary package AED 12,000- AED 15,000 based on knowledge, experience, and performance (Performance based annual bonus);
- Working hours follow U.S. Eastern Time (ET) / New York time. Standard business hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET.

- What Does the Selection Process Look Like?
