Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced professional to fill the role of Team Lead Purchase within our dental clinic operations.
As part of our team in Dubai, you'll work in an ONSITE environment, taking a central role in overseeing the purchasing function and managing inventory and store processes to ensure seamless clinical operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the purchase function for all dental clinic supplies.
- Coordinate with dental specialists and other departments to assess procurement needs.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure timely availability of materials.
- Oversee the management and organization of the clinic's store, maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Monitor purchasing budgets and provide regular reporting to management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies regarding procurement and inventory.
- Implement best practices for store management and material handling to support operational efficiency.
- Train and guide junior staff involved in purchasing and stock management.
- Must have requirements
- Proven experience heading and managing the purchase and store operations of a dental clinic or similar healthcare facility.
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of dental clinic materials, instruments, and consumable supplies.
- Solid knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
- Ability to work effectively in an ONSITE, fast-paced setting in Dubai.
- Attention to detail and high level of organizational skills.
- Nice to have requirements
- Academic background in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in dental clinics in the UAE.
- Familiarity with UAE healthcare procurement regulations.
- Knowledge of ERP or specialized inventory software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
