Team Lead
Role Overview
The Line Lead will be responsible for supporting the safety, training and development, and the maintenance of operational procedures to be followed out by the assigned personnel under the control of the Shift Supervisor.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Minimum Highschool Diploma or GED Equivalent is required. Technical Degree preferred. Or equivalent in education combined with experience.
3-5 years of experiences working in a manufacturing environment. Personal computer experience, specifically with Microsoft Office products.
Lead or Supervisory experience is preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Work is performed on the plant floor with frequent contact with others.
EFFORT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Prolonged sitting and frequent bending, stooping, and stretching; manual dexterity.
Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 50 pounds.
Frequent lifting up to 25 pounds.
