Role Overview

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, either 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Teaching Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment for students.
• Collaborate with the Lead Teacher to support and implement lesson plans.
• Maintain accurate student records and assist with family communication.
• Encourage positive self-image while supporting individuality, independence, and creativity.
• Model appropriate social behavior and actively engage with students.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, training, and mentorship programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
• Genuine love of children.
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, lift, push, pull, and carry children.
• Understanding of health and safety guidelines.
• Ability to multitask in an ever-changing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
