The LIVE team is dedicated to optimizing all aspects of TikTok LIVE.
From content strategy, monetization, gifting, features, and data analysis to creator education, campaigns, and supporting agencies, we ensure a fun and safe space for all our LIVE users.
Our mission is to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and foster positive experiences for creators and agencies alike.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience.
You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests
Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 month long internship period.

Key Responsibilities
- Support agency-side education and communication for TikTok LIVE official campaigns, including campaign rules, timelines, incentives, and best practices
- Assist in the strategy design, research, and optimization of agency self-built campaigns to drive creator participation and revenue growth
- Collect and analyze agency feedback and campaign performance data, and prepare basic reports and insights
- Support campaign-related materials preparation, including presentations, FAQs, guidelines, and promotional content
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (regional operations, product, etc) to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Track platform feature updates related to campaigns and support internal knowledge sharing
Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate or graduate student, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- Strong interest in live streaming, creator economy, or social media platforms
- High oral and written fluency in English, Arabic is a plus. Our team works with stakeholders from both the Middle East and globally and will be required to communicate effectively with them
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic data analysis skills (Excel / Google Sheets); experience with presentations is a plus
- Able to work at least 3–4 days per week for 3 months or longer
