  • Draft, review, and negotiate tax provisions in commercial agreements; validate tax recharges from contractors and vessel owners.

Structuring and compliance

  • Maintain transfer pricing frameworks, intercompany agreements and recharges, benchmarking, and Master File and Local File documentation.
  • Monitor legislative, treaty, and OECD developments and assess their tax and reporting effects.
  • Lead global tax filings and compliance, tax accounting and governance, controls, policies, documentation, and remediation of historical tax exposures.

  • Partner with Commercial, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams and manage adviser relationships to deliver practical, commercially sound tax solutions.

Qualifications and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, or Economics is required.
  • At least 8 years of tax experience in a multinational group, major accounting firm, tax authority, or a combination of these is required.

  • Solid VAT and indirect tax knowledge for cross-border services and equipment is required.
  • Hands-on multi-country tax compliance, IFRS (IAS 12) tax accounting, and tax audit experience is required.
