Compliance, accounting, and governance
- Lead global corporate-income, indirect, and withholding-tax compliance, including timely returns, cross-border payment reviews, treaty-relief claims, and remediation of historical exposures.
- Manage current and deferred tax accounting, uncertain tax positions, effective-tax-rate analysis, tax controls, policies, documentation, and alignment with statutory reporting and transfer pricing.
- Lead tax audits, inquiries, and disputes; coordinate advisers and prepare technical positions, supporting documentation, and responses for tax authorities.
- Partner with Commercial, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams and manage external advisers to deliver practical, cost-effective tax guidance.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, or Economics is required.
- At least eight years of tax experience in a multinational group, major accounting firm, tax authority, or a combination of these.

- Offshore, marine, or energy-services experience is strongly preferred.
Working capabilities
- Can research primary sources, reach and defend clear technical positions, and explain them to non-specialists and senior management.
