Overview
- Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through Meta and other digital marketing platforms.
- Understand clients’ business activities and identify their accounting, VAT, Corporate Tax, audit, and compliance requirements.
- Recommend appropriate services based on the client’s needs.
- Prepare quotations and follow up until conversion.
- Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for additional services.
