Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Tax Accountant with strong knowledge of UAE tax regulations, including VAT and Corporate Tax (CT). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in tax compliance, reporting, and advisory, and hold a recognized professional certification such as ACCA, CMA, CPA, or CA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations
- Handle Corporate Tax (CT) calculations, filings, and advisory
- Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws and keep up to date with regulatory changes
- Maintain accurate financial and tax records
- Assist clients with tax planning and advisory services
- Support audits and respond to FTA inquiries when required
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients on financial data and reporting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional certification (ACCA / CMA / CPA / CA) is required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE taxation
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax (CT)
- Experience dealing with FTA portal and compliance procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Good communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a consultancy or accounting firm
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
