- Assist the Tandoor Chef in preparing and marinating ingredients for tandoori dishes, ensuring consistent flavor profiles.
- Skillfully manage the loading and unloading of naan, roti, and other bread items into and out of the tandoor oven, maintaining optimal cooking times.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation of the tandoor station, including the oven, utensils, and surrounding work area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Prepare and serve various tandoori appetizers and main courses under the guidance of the Tandoor Chef, focusing on presentation and quality.
