We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Tamil Chef to join our team .
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in preparing authentic Tamil / South Indian cuisine and hands-on experience working in restaurant environments within the UAE.
The candidate should be passionate about food preparation, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Tamil / South Indian dishes while maintaining consistency and quality
- Ensure food preparation and presentation meet company standards
- Manage daily kitchen operations efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen
- Monitor food quality and freshness of ingredients
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow
- Follow recipes and portion control standards
- Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of UAE restaurant experience required
- Proven experience as a Tamil Chef in a restaurant environment
- Strong knowledge of authentic Tamil cuisine and traditional recipes
- Hands-on experience in food preparation and kitchen operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices
- Candidates currently available in UAE will be preferred
