Role Overview: Tamheer Program Talent Acquisition
IKEA Alsulaiman is seeking a Tamheer Program Talent Acquisition intern to join the team in Jeddah, Makkah. This is an internship opportunity designed for fresh graduates, offering practical experience in talent acquisition within a professional environment.
Key Requirements for the Program
Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Saudi national.
Must not have been registered in GOSI for a minimum period of three months.
Must be eligible for the Tamheer program, evidenced by obtaining acceptance from TAQAT/Hadaf.
Must not have been previously registered under the Tamheer program.
Required Skills and Experience
Strong communication skills.
Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience required: 0-1 years.
Work Environment and Compensation
This is an internship position based in Jeddah, Makkah. The salary for this program will be disclosed during the application process.
