We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Associate who can drive recruitment execution with speed, structure, and precision.
This is not a coordination role.
This is a role for someone who drives outcomes.
What You Will Actually Do
- Build high-signal candidate pipelines (not just volume)
- Identify real performers — not polished profiles
- Screen for evidence of output, ownership, and impact
- Present candidates through clear, decision-ready briefs
- Drive hiring processes forward with speed and precision
- Remove friction and improve the recruitment funnel
What Success Looks Like
- Strong candidates entering the pipeline every week
- Clear hiring decisions — not endless discussions
- Fast processes without lowering the quality bar
- High conversion from screening → hire
- Hiring managers trust your judgment
- Comfortable operating in a high-performance environment
What We Don’t Do
- Hire based on titles, brands, or years alone
- Push CVs without real evaluation
- Accept “good communicators” without execution proof
- Run slow, over-processed hiring
