Participating in intake calls and requisition reviews.

Creating and marketing compelling job postings.

Collaborating on sourcing frameworks and executing various sourcing strategies.

Experience : 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition.

Specialization: direct experience recruiting hardware talent in optics and silicon.

Education : Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Knowledge : Strong industry knowledge and expert-level compliance knowledge.

Analytics : A strong grasp of candidate source and channel analytics.

Diversity : Deep understanding of diversity recruitment concepts.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in SEO, keywords, social tools, and the Google Suite (Mail, Calendaring, and Shared Drives).

Communication : Ability to connect and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

The hourly range for this position is $55-$70/hr.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
