Talent Program Manager

Facilitate new hire onboarding in-person in our London office every other week (on average)

Own operational workflows across the People Experience team, spanning new hire onboarding, learning programs, and internal events both on and offsite

Work directly with external stakeholders, as well as internal teams (e.g. Finance, Procurement, Legal, Information Security, etc.) to coordinate the full life cycle for event logistics, contracts, and payments

Leverage new product and artificial intelligence to scale team’s operational reach

Comfortable facilitating large events, with the ability to command a room of 20-200+ attendees

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders while building positive working relationships

Strong organization and problem-solving skills. You should be able to anticipate challenges and complications, multitask in a rapidly-changing environment, and use good judgement in making appropriate tradeoffs when executing on competing priorities.

A creative approach to project management centered around lightweight frameworks that enable rapid iteration and low-overhead methods of keeping our partnering teams informed

Strong attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records and diligently tracking key project metrics and reporting

2+ years experience in an operational role, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic environment

Ability and willingness to be onsite 5 days per week
