Role Overview

Vip Cocktail Waiters And Waitresses

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional VIP table service while creating memorable guest experiences.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely, attentive service throughout the guest journey.
• Possess excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, champagne, wines, and premium beverages to confidently guide guests and make recommendations.
• Prepare and present tables according to venue standards, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and presentation.
• Build strong relationships with VIP guests by anticipating their preferences and responding promptly to their needs.
• Coordinate closely with bartenders, runners, hosts, and management to ensure seamless service.
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally, escalating when necessary to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Promote menu items, signature cocktails, and premium beverage offerings to maximize sales opportunities.
• Process bills and payments accurately while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Comply with company policies, hygiene standards, health and safety regulations, and brand standards at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Cocktail Waiter/Waitress, VIP Waiter/Waitress, or similar role in a luxury restaurant, beach club, lounge, or high-end nightlife venue.
• Previous experience serving VIP guests in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, premium spirits, champagne, wines, and beverage service etiquette.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first approach.
• Excellent grooming, professional appearance, and confident presentation.
• Ability to remain composed and deliver exceptional service under pressure.
• Strong sales and upselling skills with the ability to recommend premium food and beverage offerings.
• Fluent English is essential; additional languages are highly desirable.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and late-night shifts.
