We're interested in candidates with aerospace experience in areas such as:

• Production/Assembly : mechanical assembly, integration, kitting
• Machining : CNC setup/operator/programming, manual machining, sheet metal
• Quality : inspection
• Supply Chain/Materials : planning, procurement, buyer, expediting, inventory, shipping/receiving
• Manufacturing/Process Engineering : work instructions, tooling, process improvement, NPI support
• Test/Repair/MRO : functional test, troubleshooting, rework/repair, maintenance
• Program /Operations: production control, scheduling, supervisors/leads, operations management
• EHS/Compliance: safety programs, regulatory compliance, training

Ideal candidates typically bring:

• Experience in aerospace manufacturing (OEM or supplier environment)
• Familiarity with quality and compliance expectations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on safety, quality and delivery
• Clear communication and a team-first mindset

• AS9100/ISO experience
• FAI (AS9102)

• Experience with ERP/MRP Systems
• Ability to read drawings/blueprints
• Prior defense program experience (if applicable)
