Role overview
Represent a well-known Dubai media personality with experience in radio, TV hosting, and stand-up comedy.
Own the commercial pipeline for events, brand partnerships, ambassadorships, and event sponsorships to generate consistent revenue.
What you'll do
- Find and close paid bookings for events, hosting, emceeing, and live shows.
- Pitch and negotiate brand deals, campaigns, and long-term ambassadorships.
- Sell sponsorships for events and intellectual properties, from pitch decks to closing deals.
- Build and run PR through press, features, podcasts, and media appearances.
- Create original concepts and partnership ideas for brands.
- Create and capture content for pitches and social platforms; comfort behind a camera is expected.
- Grow and use a network across brands, agencies, media, and the art scene.
Who you are
- Commercially driven and genuinely motivated by revenue generation.
- Exceptional pitching ability in writing and in person.
- Fluent in culture, trends, and social platforms.
- Creative and unconventional in your approach.
- Well connected in UAE media, brand, or creative industries.
- Experience in talent management, PR, partnerships, or agency sales is a plus.
Compensation
- Compensation is commission-based, with earning potential; details are shared with shortlisted candidates.
