Talent Engagement Program Manager

Your Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent military experience.
• Expertise in architecting or designing and auditing external partner ecosystems to drive measurable product awareness and talent engagement.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects across Marketing, Product, and GTM teams with clear operational ROI.
• Proven ability to configure and deploy AI or automation tools to scale systems and eliminate manual administrative processes.
• Strong financial discipline with experience managing program spend in centralized budget tracking systems.
• Data-driven approach to tracking program effectiveness, reporting on progress, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. #LI-KF1
• Compensation Disclosure
• The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below.
