Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Own retail and corporate recruitment across locations, partnering with leaders and hiring managers on workforce needs and hiring plans.
• Hire retail roles such as style consultants, store managers, cluster heads, and customer experience roles, plus corporate roles across finance, marketing, technology, operations, merchandising, planning, HR, and administration.
• Source through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, consultants, campus hiring, and other channels; screen candidates and conduct initial discussions.
• Coordinate interviews and feedback, manage offers and salary negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Improve hiring quality, turnaround time, and candidate experience; manage external consultants and agreed terms.
• Maintain trackers, MIS, candidate databases, and hiring reports; support manpower planning and update HR leadership.
• Build talent pools for store launches and expansion, and support employer branding and a smooth candidate experience through onboarding.

Qualifications and experience

• Five to seven years of relevant talent acquisition experience.
• Ability to independently manage hiring mandates from understanding requirements through joining.
• Strong sourcing, headhunting, stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and candidate management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and locations; understanding of recruitment metrics and hiring dashboards.
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS/HRMS, and recruitment tools.
• Retail and corporate hiring experience is preferred; PAN-India hiring experience is advantageous.
• Exposure to luxury, premium retail, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands is preferred.
