Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Dubai.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring talent across various functions within the organization.
This role will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and design effective recruitment strategies that support business growth.
The specialist will maintain and update talent pipelines, manage job postings, conduct reference checks, and ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage.
In addition, the role will support employer branding initiatives, attend relevant networking or career events, and help improve recruitment processes and tools to attract high-caliber professionals to Imperial Sky Realty.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai Real estate as a Human Resource Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Demonstrated experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, managing the process from requisition to offer.
- Proficiency in Interviewing and assessment techniques, with the ability to evaluate both skills and cultural add.
- Experience with Hiring processes and best practices, including screening, shortlisting, and offer negotiation.
- Skill in Employer Branding, including crafting attractive job postings and promoting the organization across channels.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and job boards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven real estate or sales-oriented environment; prior real estate industry experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
