BHG is looking for a motivated and experienced
Talent Acquisition Specialist
to join our HR team.
The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities while also supporting onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, reporting, and key people initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from requisition approval to onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define role specifications
- Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates through multiple recruitment channels
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and evaluation summaries
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key and recurring positions
- Support Emiratization recruitment initiatives and UAE National hiring programs
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, probation tracking, and employee lifecycle activities
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR system documentation
- Support HR policies, performance management, employee engagement, workforce planning, and HR reporting
- Participate in HR projects, process improvement, and HR technology initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- CIPD qualification or equivalent certification is preferred
- 4–5 years of progressive HR experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on recruitment and talent acquisition experience
- Experience handling multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously
- Exposure to HR operations, onboarding, employee relations, or generalist HR activities is desirable
