Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team.
You will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top real estate talent while helping build a high-performing workforce that supports the company's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Identify and attract top real estate professionals through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of real estate agents, brokers, and industry professionals.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes with department managers.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and strengthen employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably within Dubai's real estate sector.
- **Strong network of real estate brokers and industry professionals in Dubai is essential.**
- Proven sourcing, headhunting, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
