The Impact You'll Make
Lead recruiting efforts from initial outreach through hire.
Build candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and community partnerships.
Connect with potential candidates and sell them on career opportunities at Logan.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and make hiring decisions.
Work with Marketing to develop recruiting campaigns and strengthen our employer brand.
Represent Logan at career fairs, trade schools, and community events.
Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
Track recruiting results and identify opportunities to improve hiring and retention.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of recruiting, sales, business development, or customer service experience.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple openings and follow through on priorities.
