We seek a motivated recruiter to source, attract, and place top real estate agents and sales professionals on a commission basis.
Role Overview
As a Commission-Based Real Estate Recruiter you will identify, engage, and qualify experienced agents and promising new talent to fill open roles across our sales teams.
This is a results-driven position with compensation tied to successful placements and onboarding.
Ideal for a self-starter with a strong network, excellent sales skills, and experience in real estate recruiting or talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through networking, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen and qualify candidates for fit, experience, licensing, sales performance, and cultural alignment.
- Conduct interviews, present candidate profiles to hiring managers, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Manage the offer and negotiation process; support candidates through contract and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate and placement records in ATS or CRM.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality agents for current and future hiring needs.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events and recruitment activities.
- Meet or exceed placement and revenue targets.
