Talent Acquisition Specialist
Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports Tri-City's recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and managing candidate pipelines across operations, field, administration, and management roles.
This position coordinates job postings, conducts initial resume reviews and phone screenings, manages interview scheduling, and maintains candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
The TA Specialist works closely with the recruitment team to build pipelines aligned with project timelines, manage applicant tracking systems, assist with social media recruitment initiatives, and ensure a professional candidate experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION
- AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bilingual
- Experience in construction, skilled trades, or manufacturing recruitment
- CIR, SHRM, or PHR certification or relevant coursework
- Experience with DISC assessments or similar behavioral screening tools
- Social media management experience (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Experience with job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn Jobs, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
