Talent Acquisition Partner - Tech

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles, especially Software Engineering and/or Product roles, across business areas.
• Prioritize high volumes of requisitions with varying levels of seniority.
• Source, attract, and engage active and passive candidates to build a consistent talent pipeline.
• Partner with hiring managers on role specifications and execute sourcing and recruiting plans against monthly KPIs.
• Maintain quick pipeline and offer turnaround when candidates decline or withdrawals are anticipated.
• Set and monitor standardized candidate competency assessment methods.
• Advise stakeholders on recruitment situations using knowledge of the India market and candidate pool.
• Prepare and negotiate offers and stay connected with candidates through their transition to reduce day-zero dropouts.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to anticipate talent acquisition challenges and business needs.

Background and competencies

• 7–9 years of full-cycle tech recruitment experience, in-house or agency, for Software Engineering and/or Product roles.
• Experience hiring in a high-volume pipeline model and in fast-paced technology environments.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Advanced sourcing skills, including Boolean search, X-ray search, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with talent profiling, candidate assessments, senior stakeholder advisory, and negotiation.
• Strong communication skills, including copywriting, and data skills for operational planning and performance reports.
• Basic workforce planning and talent forecasting skills.
