Your responsibilities will include
- Own GTM hiring end-to-end , from intake and sourcing strategy through to offer and close, with a particular focus on Enterprise Account Executive roles.
- Partner closely with senior commercial leaders , including our Global VP Sales and Regional Directors, to translate business plans into clear hiring strategies and priorities.

- Bring structure and data to hiring decisions , using funnel metrics and market insights to identify opportunities and improve hiring velocity.
- Share your expertise with the broader Talent Acquisition team , helping strengthen sourcing capabilities and ways of working across the organization.
- Track and communicate hiring performance , including pipeline health, time-to-fill, conversion, offer acceptance and quality of hire.

A strong track record of Enterprise sales recruitment , particularly Account Executive hiring.
Experience working in a high-growth environment , ideally a scale-up from Series B through later-stage growth.
A proven ability to deliver against ambitious hiring goals while maintaining a high bar for candidate quality.
Strong business partnership skills and the confidence to challenge, advise and influence senior commercial leaders .
A highly proactive sourcing mindset — you know how to find great talent rather than waiting for it to come to you.
Strong data and analytical skills, with the ability to use recruiting metrics to drive decisions and improve outcomes.
Experience with an ATS such as Greenhouse is an asset.
Experience hiring across North America and/or the UAE is highly valued.
French is an asset.
