Job summary
Lead recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and manpower budgeting to help attract and retain talent for business growth.
Food & Beverage/FMCG industry experience and proven team leadership experience are essential.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent acquisition and workforce-planning strategies.
- Lead manpower budgeting, headcount planning, and recruitment forecasting.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle to support timely, effective hiring.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the recruitment team.
- Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce priorities.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and improve hiring processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven talent acquisition and workforce-planning experience.
- Mandatory Food & Beverage or FMCG industry experience.
- Previous experience leading and managing a recruitment team.
- Strong knowledge of manpower planning, budgeting, and recruitment strategies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
