Talent Acquisition Manager - Handle

Handle is a Dubai-based Execution Advisory house operating at the intersection of law, M&A, and strategy, serving businesses, private capital, and family enterprises across the UAE and the wider GCC.

As we are rapidly scaling, we are hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to build and run the engine behind our people strategy, both the core team we hire to stay, and a flexible network of associate professionals we deploy on demand.

This is a foundational hire reporting directly to the Partners.

We are looking for resourceful candidates able to find, convince, and recruit talents that everyone else struggles to reach, and able to build a system around it, serving us and our own clients alike.

What you'll own

You will lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-career professionals across business consulting, financial analysis, financial modelling, and M&A, with solid experience behind them. You will also build and manage Handle's pool of professional associates: freelance consultants and subject matter experts across sectors including manufacturing, infrastructure & AI, healthcare, supply chain, renewable energy & clean technologies, and food security, who we can call on for project-based work to scale delivery without overextending the core team. Expect this to be a genuine 50/50 split between permanent hiring and building the flexible team, from day one.

Beyond Handle's own hiring, you will also support client mandates directly: helping our clients recruit for their own teams, or coaching and guiding client-side teams to run their recruitment processes successfully on time.

You do not need prior hands-on experience in every one of these functions; what matters is that you can learn the substance of each role well enough to evaluate, source, and sell it convincingly.

Who we are looking for

Experience

d recruiting professional within or for the professional services industry (consulting, advisory, banking, or similar) is important.

You understand how these professionals think, what motivates a move, and where to find them.

Beyond that, we care less about a specific number of years and more about whether you are genuinely resourceful: someone who finds a way to reach and hire the candidates, through the channel or angle each situation calls for.

A working network in the UAE/GCC market is a plus but not a requirement; visa and labour law details can also be taught.

Arabic is an advantage but is absence is not a showstopper.

You will do well with us if you are

Practical and down-to-earth, comfortable picking up the phone and building systems and relationship.

Organized enough to run multiple live searches and a growing associate pool at the same time, without anything falling through the cracks.

Driven by outcomes, you measure yourself by hires made and gaps filled, not effort deployed.

Practical details

This is a manager-level role (however open to effective Lead level or Senior Manager candidates).

On-site, full-time, based at our Dubai office in Emaar square.
