Talent Acquisition Manager
to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team in Dubai.
This role will partner closely with business leaders to drive end-to-end recruitment, build strong talent pipelines, and attract top talent across multiple functions and global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles.
- Partner with business leaders to deliver strategic hiring solutions.
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
- Conduct market mapping and executive search for key positions.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
- Use recruitment metrics and market insights to drive hiring excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience**
- , including global hiring.
- Proven experience recruiting across corporate functions and leadership roles.
- Strong stakeholder management, sourcing, and talent mapping expertise.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth or multinational environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
