  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment function and drive end-to-end hiring strategies.
  • The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build talent pipelines, enhance employer branding, and partner with hiring managers to attract high-performing professionals.
  • πŸš€ Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition and recruitment team
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth objectives
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities
  • Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and strengthen market presence
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and optimize hiring performance through data-driven insights
  • Oversee job postings, candidate communication, and applicant tracking system (ATS) operations
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Stay updated on labor market trends, sourcing strategies, and recruitment technologies
  • βœ… Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and selection methodologies
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
