- π― The Role
- We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment function and drive end-to-end hiring strategies.
- The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build talent pipelines, enhance employer branding, and partner with hiring managers to attract high-performing professionals.
- π Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition and recruitment team
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities
- Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and strengthen market presence
- Monitor recruitment metrics and optimize hiring performance through data-driven insights
- Oversee job postings, candidate communication, and applicant tracking system (ATS) operations
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated on labor market trends, sourcing strategies, and recruitment technologies
- β Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and selection methodologies
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple hiring projects and priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
