  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment initiatives and talent acquisition strategy.
  • The ideal candidate will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong talent pipelines, enhance employer branding, and partner with hiring managers to attract and retain high-performing professionals.
  • πŸš€ Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition and recruitment team
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities
  • Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and strengthen market presence
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and analyze hiring performance to drive continuous improvement
  • Oversee job postings, candidate communications, and applicant tracking system (ATS) processes
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Stay updated on labor market trends, recruitment technologies, and talent acquisition best practices
  • βœ… Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge of employment practices and recruitment compliance standards
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
